For All Price Rates and Quotes: Please remember that the Gratuity is optional and extra. Also all price rates and quotes are based on a cash payment that allows for a $5.00 Cash Discount. When using a Credit Card please remember we add a small $5.00 fee to help offset our many credit card fee's we have to pay to the bank. Also please remember when going to Boston's Logan Airport we usually use the Airport Tunnels. We must add the price of the toll(s) to your final rate since we are a North Suburban Livery Company and where our office's are located. As of 0130/2009 the Toll for a "commercial vehicle" Livery & Lmo Plates is $5.25. Also as of June 1st of 2008 we have added a small 10% Fuel Surcharge to help offset the rising high price of fuel, & we have kept it because we haven't added a Rate Hike since 2001. Also remember between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM there is a small $10.00 Late Night / Early Morning Surcharge added to all quotes. * Tolls are not included in our hourly and Airport transfer rates and will be added to the final invoice. Parking and any out of state tolls are additional and will be added to the final invoice. If not specified by client, a 20% gratuity will be added to all hourly rates and also will be added to the final invoice.

What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

If you contact us to cancel your Reservation more than 4 days in advance, there will be a FULL REFUND.

If you contact us to cancel between 24 hours and 3 days in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the greater of $25 or 25% of the quoted rate of the reservation.

If you contact us to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations. 48 hours to 24 hours notice of cancellation is 25%. 24 hours to 12 hours is 35%. 12 hours or less is 50% to 100%.

ABACUS'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS 01/2009 as to AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION.

All reservations picked up at or between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to a $10 Late Night / Early Morning Fee.
All reservations booked with less than a 12 hour notice are subject to a $10 last minute reservation surcharge.
All reservations cancelled are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $6.00 per reservation ($12 round trip)
All Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to scheduled pick up time are charged / billed: 50% of Price Rate, also less than one hour pick up time are charged / billed Full Rate.
* All Passengers are allowed 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 carry-on. All other bags or those that are over 50 pounds are $5.
* Also, all oversized bags, Golf Bags, ski's, snow boards, or any article over 50 pounds is $5.
* All additional stops enroute are $15.
* Children 5 years old or younger or lass than 55 inches need to be in an appropriate car seat.
* Passenger is required by law to provide childs car seat(s). If you take the car seats with you there is no charge but if you want us to coordinate the car seat for you for second leg of transport there is a $15 Surcharge.
* Wait time is charged / billed $50 per hour after 30 minutes of Arrival of Domestic Flight or 45 minutes after Arrival of International Flight.

* 15 to 20% Gratuity is the norm, however it is NOT Mandatory just suggested!

Gratuity:
15 - 20% Gratuity is standard for the majority of livery limousine companies to be included in the final cost. While some will include this in the quote or estimate, others will not and it is always important to ask a company so as to be genuinely confident about what you can afford. Drivers and chauffeurs make the large part of their income through gratuities in the same fashion as waiting service at restaurants and bars. Abacus Airport Transportation Service does NOT include the Optional Gratuity when we give a Quote, only the tolls. Gratuity is extra and optional.

PICKUP INFORMATION
BOSTON TRAIN STATIONS:

Back Bay Station: Driver will be outside the station on Dartmouth St.
South Station: Driver will be on Atlantic Ave Side in Front of the Taxi Stand.

RT 128 Station (Westwood): Driver will be in the passenger’s pick up area located at the first floor parking garage.
 

Free Enroute stop (up to 5 mins)
Free ten mins wait on all jobs.
Free 30 min wait on domestic flight and 60 min on international upon arrival.
Waiting Time $60 an hour
Additional stops:
Same town - $15.00
Different town on the way - $25.00

Cancellations
All pick-ups in Massachusetts must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior
All out of state pick-ups must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled
pick up time.
The customer will be charged a full rate if he/she fails to cancel in time.
 
At Logan Airport all flights are monitored. Once your flight has arrived the waiting time is up to 30 minutes free of charge for Domestic Flights
& 45 Minutes for International Flights.
